At Rigup, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review the policies below for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
🔁 1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

💸 2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit after the returned item successfully passes our quality check.
Prepaid Orders & COD Orders: We do not process monetary refunds. Instead, a store coupon worth the value of the returned product will be provided.
No Bank Transfers: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will strictly be given as store credit only.
Shipping Charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🔄 3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
For COD orders, we will issue a store credit equal to the product value.
For prepaid orders, you may also opt for a refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
NOTE:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We recommend initiating the process as early as possible to ensure a smooth experience.
🚫 4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
❌ 5. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items or items bought with discount codes are not eligible for return.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
📦 6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours along with photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

Once approved, ship the item to our return address.
