At Rigup, we aim to deliver your oversized T-shirts quickly, safely, and with transparency. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery
All orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to courier disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹5000.
Orders below ₹5000: Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Note: Shipping charges will also be added on returns.

4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across all locations in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
You can track the status using your tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

6. Address Change
Delivery address can only be changed within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll ensure a replacement or full refund for affected items.
